Tom Bucher
Chief Executive Officer for ISS
Tom Bucher is Chief Executive Officer for ISS. In this capacity, Mr. Bucher is responsible for the strategic planning of the company, all profit and loss, overseeing the definition of future markets and working with his executive team to ensure the highest levels of client service through delivery and staffing of engagements.
Mr. Bucher is a retired USAF Colonel, former VP of a Fortune 500 company and founder of ISS. He also provides senior level guidance directly to Federal government executives spanning DoD, Intel and Civil agencies.
Steve James
President of ISS
Steve James is President of ISS. Mr. James is an experienced executive who was in the Air Force for twenty years as an IT professional where he achieved the rank of Colonel and served across the conflict spectrum to include tours of duty ranging from Special Operations to the White House. Mr. James enjoyed three command assignments where he led organizations that ranged in size up to 600 people.

Vishal Suri is Chief Executive Officer for Technology Solutions Provider, Inc. (TSPi). Mr. Suri is a successful entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in information technology, enterprise architecture and business management.
He founded TSPi in 2001 with a goal of creating an innovative, dependable, and trusted provider of end-to-end solutions tailored to the mission needs of government organizations.
